Bookify
Building brand and product from a poor starting point. Bookify arrived with a weak product and no real UI or brand behind it. A prop-tech app for workplace teams, hybrid workforces and landlords, it needed both a usable interface and an identity to sit around it, built at the same time rather than in sequence. Working with freelance UI talent, I developed the brand world across every touchpoint: UI, website, hardware interface and sales materials. Visually, the direction leaned into an approachable colour palette and heat-map gradients, softening the usual tech-category coldness into something that felt more human and easier to trust. The focus throughout was laser-sharp: strip out complexity, make the product genuinely easy to use, and stand apart from a category that defaults to visually heavy, over-engineered interfaces.
