BWCapital Real Estate launched in 2024 in the UAE. This required a new brand experience. I used the visual language of Masrabiya patterns (patterns used in the Arab world to provide shade) and a fresh yet traditional colour palette to form the visual basis of this brand. Rather than using bricks and mortar photography for the brand, I chose to use lifestyle/fashion photography to sell the dream of high-end UAE living. 
The brand uses Masrabiya patterns (modern and traditional) as they depict the traditional visual language of shade. The colour palette of mint, palm, white and gold is modern, luxurious and denotes desert living.
All touch points were designed and templates produced for various remote teams. This was all touch points including social media templates, listings pages, sales material and recruitment brochures. A single unified look was essential to the strong brand presence.
