Sharpening the brand for a new chapter. When a new marketing director joined Fora, the brief shifted: sharpen the brand for a more progressive, decision-maker audience, without losing the boutique hotel warmth the original identity was built on. As the business scaled, the challenge was holding onto quality and individuality across every touchpoint, not just at flagship sites. I led the design direction and rollout with a small team, commissioning entirely new brand photography shot across multiple Fora buildings. Fashion-led, character-driven, and unmistakably confident, the imagery reframed the spaces as backdrops for the people using them rather than the other way round. The result was a refined identity system that elevated the brand while keeping it accessible, applied consistently across print, digital and in-building materials.
